Christmas at Nana and Papa's

We went to Nana and Papa's house (Mendy's parents) for lunch and presents. After eating, it was time for the oldest grandchildren (Beth - 16 and Ian - 12) to pass out presents. The paper parade began as the grandchildren ripped and Papa tried to get all of the paper in the trashbags. And what did my boys love the most????? You guessed it, the GUITARS!

Christmas Morning

At 8:07 A.M. Jordan and Will arrived in our room to announce MERRY CHRISTMAS MOMMY AND DADDY. First of all we had to read the letter Santa Claus left for Jordan and Will. Then it was onto the presents!!!!

Decorations around the house

I guess I should have put this on sooner but I am human. As usual, the tree is decorated with things to keep you warm (sweaters, hats, gloves, and stockings), bells (reindeer, Santa, and snowmen), gingerbread people (men and women), and the Maynard star (yes, I monogrammed our star).

Christmas Eve

The boys are very excited about Santa visiting on Christmas. First, we rode around to look at Christmas lights. Then Fred read/told the story of the birth of Jesus. Then we tried to get them to go to bed. Will went straight to sleep but Jordan was way too excited to go to sleep.

While we were at The Landings....

***Jordan is making his "silly Spongebob Squarepants/Garfield the Cat" faces and poses. This is the phase we are going through right now with him. Trust me when I say he wanted his picture taken but he wanted to do his SILLY FACE to do it.***

While we were walking back to our truck, I decided to grab a few more pictures seeing that The Landings was decorated for Christmas. You have to love the comical changes in the boys as I snap pictures. The ones where they are on top of our head is when they were looking at the horses and Santa over a crowd.
