Chuck E. Cheese

I gave the boys the choice between Chuck E. Cheese and Monkey Joes. I was really hoping they would pick Monkey Joes but not my sons. So the boys, Nana, and myself went to Chuck E. Cheese's today.

From oldest to youngest: Beth (16), Ian (11 - almost 12), Miranda (11), Lily (9), Jordan (5), and Will (3). Beth and Ian belong to DeAnn (42). Miranda and Lily belong to Janet (40). Jordan and Will belong to me, Mendy (35). Yes, there are 5 brunettes and 1 blonde. The oldest 4 are brown eyed and my two are blue eyed. Leave it to me to be different!

Fred and I were joking with each other this morning that neither one of us could fit into the things we wore at our wedding.
Family jokes about our wedding:
1. I almost pushed Fred off the stage while coming back from the unity candle
2. Aunt Mary thinking I was a mannequin sitting in a chair
3. When it was time to put the wedding bands on each others fingers, Fred kept on giving me his RIGHT hand instead of his LEFT hand.
4. Both of us were taller than the pastor that married us (he actually stood on a riser to try to make him taller).
5. Scaring the mess out of everyone when the bagpiper started playing.

Happy 12th Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hard to believe Fred and I are celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary tomorrow. Check out all of Fred's hair and how much younger and skinnier we are! I was 23 years old (now 35) and Fred was 30 years old (now 42).

We always love to visit Callaway Gardens. The boys had a blast at the Sibley Center with their latest topiary show - traveling around the world. We always have to feed the fish. Sorry no beach pictures due to the rain storm.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!

The boys (all three of them) had the best time shooting off fireworks tonight. I am proud to say that Fred is the only one who got burned. Both of the boys got to light their own firework (Jordan picked a tank and Will picked a chicken). They loved the sparklers especially when they turn GREEN. Will claimed the fireworks were BEAUTIFUL and Jordan just could not get enough & wants to go buy some more for tomorrow night.

We are quickly approaching the 6 year anniversary of us finding out Jordan was coming. Here is a slideshow of Jordan from birth to his second birthday. I will be adding another slideshow. You are going to be amazed at just how much Jordan has grown! You have to remember that he was 5 weeks premature, weighed 7 pounds, and 18 3/4 long. The kid actually wore PREEMIE clothing!
